Cancellation /No Show/ Late Policy
We understand that life just happens and somethings, these factors will be taken into consideration.
However, we do have cancellation policy set in place to ensure that the spot canceled can be filled.
Appointments canceled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be required to pay 50% of the service at the time of rescheduling.
Same day cancellations and no shows will be required to pay 50% of the initial scheduled service and going forward will require to a deposit for future appointments or can pay in full.
*** When redeeming a purchased gift card, if same day cancellation occurs or is a no show to the appointment the gift card becomes null and void. The prospective client will also pay a deposit 50% of the service requested to book a new appointment.
If you are late to your appointment you will be charged the full amount of the service and your session will end at the time it was originally scheduled. This ensures that i do not fall behind in my schedule and does not affect my other clients time.
